How to get organized so you can eat smarter and better

It is rarely that you don't know what to do. You have the knowledge or can easily access the answer to any question you can think of. I have found we need help in asking the right questions.


  • Why aren't I preparing my food ahead of time so that I avoid reactive, spontaneous eating?


One reason might be you haven't made it easy and convenient for yourself yet. I found a great article that provides well researched ideas and inspiration for equipping you to consider taking a more intentional approach toward meal planning and eating during your week.
