Five steps. One plan.
Written for you alone.

Assess — Everything on one table: your history, your labs, your sleep, your stress, your kitchen, and the life you want your health to make possible.

Educate — Your numbers translated into words you could explain to your family over dinner.

Empower — Every decision in your plan is one you understand and agree to.

Implement — Three next steps, small enough to start this week.

Sustain — Check-ins that catch the drift before it becomes damage.

Sixteen pages. Fifty actions.
You won’t carry them alone.

This is the plan as a client receives it, page for page, written here for a fictional client: Claire, 51, and the year designed around her results.

Nobody changes by reading a plan. The work starts where the document ends: Dr. Herbert reviews your progress, updates your plan and remains available as questions arise, and Tosha walks with you throughout the year.

We map the road. Then we walk it with you.

With our compliments
Your 10-Year Health Review

Ten years of screenings and milestones on one page: what was done, when, why, and what it showed. Keep it for yourself, or take it to your own physician.

Imagine a year
from now.

You sit down for your annual review knowing what every result means, and why, and knowing what you will do next. It went like this:

A conversation — thirty complimentary minutes about the life you want your health to make possible.

Your Onboarding Portfolio — we gather your labs and testing. You simply follow the instructions.

Dr. Herbert’s review — every result studied; a 12-month plan curated through the pillars of lifestyle medicine.

Your Health Design session — ninety minutes with Dr. Herbert, walking through your 15-to-18-page health report together.

The same day — your finalized plan, with a personal summary of your first steps.

Tosha walks with you throughout the year — with check-ins at months 3, 6 and 9.

Throughout the year — Dr. Herbert’s counsel, whenever questions arise.

Month 12 — your annual review, and the year ahead.

Control has returned, and with it the confidence that you know exactly how to keep it that way.

About the medication everyone is asking about.

Many people come to us asking about GLP-1 medications. Here is our position: medication is a legitimate medical tool. It is neither a moral failure nor a magic solution.

PBH Health LLC advises you on what is best for your situation. Dr. Herbert is able to prescribe when medication is the right fit, with the same care as everything else: a diagnosis, a risk review, informed consent and follow-up. When it is not the right fit, Dr. Herbert will explain why.

A conversation, early enough to matter.

PBH Health LLC is not an emergency service. For an emergency, call 911.

Care is available only while you are physically in a state where Dr. Herbert is licensed: California, the District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.
